Riverwalk Needs You

Manchester Riverwalk Bridge opening day shows lots of people enjoying it.

Manchester Riverwalk Wants Your Help!

We built the bridge that was our goal for many years. It is glorious and we hope you've had a chance to walk over it, enjoy the view, maybe take a selfie or two with the waterfall in the background. It is so wonderful that this dream has come to fruition. Now, we want to ask if you will join in to help us with the next phase.

Manchester Riverwalk is now focusing on maintaining the paths along the West Branch of the Battenkill, improving them where possible, creating better access to the river's edge, and planning the future. As a 501c(3) organization, Riverwalk is a registered non-profit dedicated to keeping the paths along the Battenkill clean, accessible, and a focal point of your in-town experience. We would love to have you join us in this effort. It does not take much time—a monthly board meeting and some small amount of committee work—and you will be providing an invaluable service to the community by helping keep the Riverwalk alive and vibrant.

We meet the first Tuesday of each month, normally via Zoom, and all you need to do is let us know you are interested and we will send you the Zoom link to jpoin in. There is no commitment, we hope our purpose and enthusiasm (and our great group!) will be enough to keep you interested.

Please respond to this email if you would like to receive the zoom link for tonight's meeting (or for October's when that is created).

Thank you as always for your interest.
