Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the Manchester Riverwalk Association, Inc., a Vermont nonprofit corporation, will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, February 5, 2022, via Zoom. Business to be transacted will include:

A. Announcement of results of election of Trustees

B. President’s report

C. Treasurer’s report

D. Such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Current members will be receiving a ballot to vote on trustees before the meeting.
