Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the Manchester Riverwalk Association, Inc., a Vermont nonprofit corporation, will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, February 4, 2023. The meeting will be in-person at the Manchester Community Library.
Business to be transacted will include:
A. Announcement of results of election of Trustees
B. President’s report
C. Treasurer’s report
D. Such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Current members—those who have donated within the past 12 months leading up to the meeting—will be receiving a ballot to vote on trustees before the meeting.
Coffee, water, and donuts will be provided. The public is invited and encouraged to attend and hear how our year has been.
